Our customers are under immense demand with providing the utmost critical care to our nation as we fight to stop the spread of COVID-19 throughout our communities. It is therefore paramount that we as a supplier of your Medical Refrigeration and Monitoring needs remain open to ensure we can support the Medical Industry during this time.


We therefore wish to give you the reassurance that Rollex Medical are here and ready to help.
You are still able to contact the Rollex Medical Team for any product enquiries you may have with our standard dispatch turnaround time still maintained. Rollex Medical is pleased to report that we carry 8 – 12 months stock at all times so your Refrigerator procurements can continue to be met in a timely manner.

Our valued and experienced technicians will also continue to be a phone call away for any technical support needed.


At this time, our Annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) Servicing program will be put on hold at this time to ensure the safety and health of our team plus eliminate the risk of spreading COVID-19 in the community. We will continue to follow the Governments advice on the best practices to follow. Once the spread of COVID-19 declines we will look to re-establish our PM servicing once again. For urgent repair work needed we will do our utmost to assist as best as we can during this period.


Lastly but most importantly we wish to thank you all for the dedication, loyalty and continuous commitment in helping our nation fight this pandemic.
