Preventative Maintenance

  • Annual maintenance on your medical refrigerator while not mandatory is strongly recommended by the manufacturer and most regulatory bodies such as: The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, QCPP, AGPAL, Divisions of GP etc. As with all expensive medical appliances, these recommendations are there for a reason and should be taken into serious consideration.
  • A purpose built medical refrigerator is a precision medical instrument and requires regular maintenance and calibration to ensure that it does its job accurately and efficiently.
  • Regular maintenance ensures your medical refrigerator is operating at its optimum performance which means that it will be under less stress and therefore extend the refrigerato's life expectancy, incur less wear and tear and use less energy. Whilst continuing to maintain stable cold chain temperature.
  • A Rollex technician will visit for each service and you will be able to ask them any questions you have regarding the operation of the refrigerator, monitoring software or storage of your refrigerated product.
  • At each service a temperature data-logger will be placed in the refrigerator for 7 days and you will receive a copy of this temperature report that ensures the refrigerator is performing as it should.
