How to Run and Download a Temperature Report on the MATOS Monitoring Website

 

This guide explains how to generate and download temperature data reports for your monitored devices.

 

Step 1: Log In

 

Log in to your MATOS Monitoring account.

 

Step 2: Access Reports

 

Navigate to Reports → click on “Reports”.

 

Step 3: Select a Device

 

Choose the Device/Asset you want to generate the temperature report for.

 

Step 4: Choose Date Range

 

Select the start and end date for the reporting period.

 

Step 5: View or Download the Report

 

You have two options:

• View the report directly on the screen
• Download as PDF to save or print

 

Step 6 (Optional): Export to Excel (CSV Format)

 

If you prefer a spreadsheet format:

• Go to Reports → click on “CSV Export”
• Select the Site/Device
• Choose the date range
• Click “Export” to download the file
